Remediable came to us with a product people trusted but could not read. Balances were split across four screens, network fees appeared after the fact, and the send flow asked for confirmation three separate times without ever saying what was being confirmed.
We rebuilt the model around a single rule: nothing is committed until the whole cost is on screen. That one constraint reshaped the send flow, the fee display and the recovery setup, and it cut support tickets about unexpected fees by roughly two thirds in the first quarter.
My part was the interaction model and the motion system, including the sheet behaviour and the confirmation states that carry the app’s tone.
