Design for the internal tools that let Apple's autonomous vehicle program manage hundreds of test vehicles in real time.

Project Titan's test fleet had grown past what manual tracking could handle — 400+ autonomous vehicles running simultaneously, with no single real-time view of fleet health for the teams making operational calls.

I designed the fleet-management platform's dashboards, telemetry heat maps, and milestone trackers, turning dense vehicle data into something operations and engineering leadership could act on immediately.

The redesign contributed to a 23% increase in fleet utilization and cut operational delays by 11%.
