Payment Optimization
BILL
BILL processes tens of millions of payments every year. When something went wrong, however, customers often couldn’t tell what happened, who needed to act, or how to recover the payment. I led the design of a self-service recovery system that transformed fragmented payment failures into clear, actionable workflows—creating a path from problem → action → resolution without immediately relying on Support.
